INVITATION TO PERANTIM BY PHARMANIAGA VENDOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TEAM
Perantim delegates led by SecGen Dr Hyzan Yusof together with Treasurer Tn Mat Muza & Cik Nasraya met PharmaNiaga Vendor Development Program Team to discuss on PharmaNiaga Tender & Procurement policies, Proposed Strategic Alliances programs and Nation Building. Some of the issues deliberated:
1. Tenders & Procurement.
Tenders and procurement information from PNiaga must be more effectively disseminated and more transparent. The order frequency must be more consistent & predictable (not only based on demand) and must match the contract values. PNiaga has agreed to email perantim all tenders and procurement information and PERANTIM CAO, Ms Elaine will disseminate in the WA Group or all members email.
2. Pra-Tender & Skim Pembekal Tempatan
As new initiatives, PNiaga will send Request for Info (RFI) to PERANTIM should there any new product required or can be produced by PERANTIM members.
3. Nation Building
PNiaga to share info on high volume purchase for PERANTIM members to consider manufacturing expansion. Additionally, all things considered, all products produced by PERANTIM will be registered in PNiaga Indonesia subsidiary, PT Errita Pharma.
